Yes, you're right FF. Here's @IndepthDiver's Post #: 54541273 which mentions the collaboration as well as a link to Western Sydney Uni's website Collaborators page (which no longer shows the BrianChip logo, or the and the US Department of Defence logo I might add).
Perhaps there was an earlier post with a screenshot of the page before it was altered?
