I spoke to the MD by phone a week ago and he said it would be at least a week before the raising was finalised. His words "We are going to get this right". Let's hope that the move in POG since has strengthened the company's bargaining position. It was pretty poor timing from the shareholder's point of view - if they'd waited a week or 2 they would be negotiating from a SP in the high 20's (at least).

I will be extremely disappointed if the issue price is under 20c as the stock had just finished consolidating the spike to 24c and was about to breakout upside again.

As usual, the common stockholder will be canon foddder for the institutional and "sophisticated" investors.
