Well, this discussion is going nowhere, so will have to agree to disagree,
however to take up a couple of your points,
the company has not gone from single digits, you have to factor in the 1 for 8 consolidation, so the starting point is a hell of a lot higher,
you ask where the instos have been over the last couple of years,
my answer to that is that they have been buying for at least the last 4 years, if you dont believe me ring the company, talk to steve gostlow and let him tell you what great supporters they have been, they are not late to the party, i know for a fact that the company is very pleased about the insto support they have received over the last couple of years,
i own a lot of tox shares and also do not like being diluted, but am prepared to look at the bigger picture, one only has to look at the last capital raising , it was done at 1.40 , where is the price now??
I wonder how many smaller investors would have stumped up the money at a skinny 6.6% discount at the start of the global financial crisis, my guess is not many.
There is next to no chance that this raising is done at 2 dollars,
remember that managment also owns a lot of shares.
