There is laws against management abusing their positions to obtain funds. Shareholders have so much evidence that they can compile and better yet subpoena from the company accounts, directors accounts and associated companies that directors are involved in that there is a mountain of things to present the courts.

If you want to fail then do nothing and continue to let these guys run the company until it’s absolutely worthless.

If you want the money back that was stolen from you then take action as it was taken from you with mal practice!

I cannot believe they still have not been voted out yet, the powers behind the scene that are supporting them are basically signing all their invested money into the toilet! Surely people with such wealth are not this stupid!!

I still can't get my head around how they got the numbers to avoid another strike on the rem report and therefore a board spill. Me thinks there's a deal done behind the scenes with a major (offshore) shareholder to keep these guys in place?.... IMHO
