Yeah, great comment as always @Ryzie. Unfortunately HotCopper is filled with people who are too emotionally invested; if they happen to sell a stock at a loss they simply can’t let go and just want to hang around and bag it out, either to make themselves feel better and/or to hope it keeps going down to prove themselves correct for selling. It’s almost like they feel betrayed by the stock or something and need revenge (there’s probably a few examples of this in these threads). I guess because this happens so often most people assume that *any* former holder who comments is therefore bitter/twisted, which isn’t necessarily true.
FWIW I think it makes sense to continuing following a company after you’ve sold out, at least for a time - you can see if your decision was right or wrong, and either buy back in or move on as necessary. For me, Monday’s 4C is probably that day. So Stig and the Turtle may get the echo chamber they want quite soon.
