I agree there is a bigger vision that FT is looking for

I personally hope AVZ will be providing lithium to a battery plant in the DRC some time in the future...I really do

But do you think the AVZ mining licence will currently be awarded (or not awarded) based on the existence (or non existence or non agreement to) a battery plant of unknown size, that has not been scoped, not been diligently considered and has not been assessed in any respect including financially?.....by anyone???

Respectfully I think FT will want to dot the I's and cross the T's on the primary substance of the ML in relation to the benefits to the DRC (clearing up many of the mistakes/corruption of the past)

No doubt about that

Then when the ML is awarded FT and the DRC Government will work closely with the licence recipient to further the benefits to both the licence holder and then especially to the Congolese people through employment, downstream processing, battery plants, other economic pursuits, improved living conditions, education opportunties and health

All just in my opinion
