the best way i can describe the royalty matter was that RVR management "fought dirty but won the street fight"....

its fair to say the delays, the emails back and forth etc etc took place in a time when we simply could not afford it. the world was not a pretty place 1-2 years ago for rvr when it was in transition so they did what theh had to do

the outcome....well i think its amazing and will very much increase the revenue margins we will getnin the future without the royalties. we now have no fingers in the pie othet than us (which might not be angood thing but RVR management now are 100% accountable with no excuses left).

onward and upward, royalty is a dead matter....

i like to think that the 1 year we are going to take tompaynit back, we would have paid at least half in royalties anyway.....muchnof muchness....bigger better things await us
