I'm not, but if I was MGT management, I would be looking into an arrangement and getting involved with a company who would look to work on an incentive basis, and contribute to the company / project moving forward. This could be a TOC arrangement, a pain / gain share arrangement, or share incentive plan.

This would in turn create reduced upfront expenditure to MGT, and the EPC would have significant skin in the game.

As an investor, and being in the industry, I worry about EPC charge rates, lack of accountability for schedule and cost overruns.
