The earlier CMax IV trial schedule showed the Cohort #3 (500mg) study to be undertaken on 19th and 20th January with the final visit to be last Friday 28th January. Cohort #4 (1000mg) trials were to begin this Wednesday 2nd February.
I checked during last week and this had changed to the Current Schedule shown below, which has Cohort #3 extended to include this Wednesday and Thursday and its final visit to be next Friday 11th. Cohort #4 is now programmed to begin 21st February.
If my interpretation of the codes is correct then this means that an announcement on the 500mg trial can’t be expected until after 11th February.
I wonder what the significance is of the ‘M’ in the new extended coding (?).
