I also note that according to ASIC, Victorian Wave Power Partners Pty Ltd only applied to be an 'Australian company' as per the eligibility criteria for the grant on 14/04/09 - one day before the closing date for submissions for REDP (15 April) and over a month after the deadline for registrations of interest (4 March).

If you call that supporting Australian jobs and Australian businesses then good luck to them.
