I note:
- that the company raised money from shareholders based on a number of plans and promises of having a value proposition for shareholders
- the person in charge Brian Allen is too lazy to even bother to give the shareholders that supported the company an update on progress to plans.
Clearly EWC needs someone competent and willing to do the job properly in charge who is appointed based on merit.
The new board member has clearly made absolutely no difference whatsoever as far as we can tell.
