Are you assuming he will use the creep provisions to get above 20% without making a takeover offer?
I am working to the assumption he freezes here at 20% and either:
- gets board seats in which case he gets what he wants - a platform to transfer value to Premier (and maybe throw a few scraps to other MYR shareholders); or
- Sees that MYR trading performance is improving and before that becomes clearly evident he makes an offer for the whole lot at say 65c.
