Well, it could be that he got the $500k in "post-employment benefits" in the form of the 2,500,000 options (20cps) which were issued and exercised in March.
I can't find any record of the issue of these options having been approved by shareholders. Usually they are either approved at the agm prior to issue or ratified at the next agm, but can't find it. Question it at the agm?
