Understand what you are saying with regard to lawyers but at this stage not required as the Company under Corporation Act 2001 Laws section 203D and there are many sub sections that need to be adhered to that they must provide details requested as long as we have 5% of shareholders to enforce them to release said information if they do not come to the party with the first request that being the first steps to be taken which have been a formal request the Company has 28 days to respond from there we take the appropriate steps to seek the required information in the best interest of shareholders, have been down this road before many years ago with a scumbag lot of directors within another company, will give them the required time allowable to answer then move into next stage, hopefully those past or present holders who have had a gut full of the current bull being presented by this mob will join together to send a Clear Message back to them.
