    I just crossed the company's 2014 annual report.
    The first thing that surprised me: the managers have not even bothered to update their own profile photo after seven years.
    I can not even imagine a photo of more than 7 years outdated is being used for their profiles.

    Even a local library does not accept your 7 year old photo, when you apply for a membership card.
