Sounds like some blending issues with mining contractor mentioned. Is that a staffing/inexperienced operator issue?
As we know, getting the blend correct for the plant setup is crucial for optimizing recovery. Throw in some plant failures and there goes nameplate recovery% and $ lost.
Mentioned their own mining staff which I wasn’t aware they had. Maybe I get will go the way of many mines and have their own mining/haulage personnel.
