Glen Fozard moved to Intersuisse a couple of years ago, probably took the interest in the stock with him.
I seem to remember Tricom had a few internal issues at the time, but can't recall the detail.
Glen is now calling the selling price differently (ie as published on page of the Intersuisse report) depending on ROI target.
