This is a truly pathetic 4c. Two years into a once a century pandemic, European approvals at least 6 months ago, a massive surge in infections and a shortage of RATs and no sales…..Why are they scaling up production? They can’t sell what they have. By the time they get through TGA the pandemic will have past the surge and contracts for the crappy Chinese product signed and delivered on. They don’t need more production capacity…..waste of money…..then we come to the Energy business…..more bs…if any of the collaborators were serious they would have taken options or at least contributed to the costs…
