    Thanks cara … but @bloathog post [ref] says “daily” and has way more chillies….
    Maybe I will start by grinding the garlic with some lemon juice and build from there via the ginger as I am familiar with those ingredients.

    I am feeling genuinely perplexed as one of my few chilli recipes is this one:

    I have not made it for a while but it is beyond delicious and gets better the day after but I think I use less green chilli than the recipe specifies - without the seeds ..

    @bloathog do you really eat all that every day?
