Hi V1 I think that there is more to this than meets the EYE. They mention working together on projects to forward Intec s processes . They could be looking for a share in them. Very interesting the conversion price mentioned No higher than 25 cents per share. Will be interesting to read the Intec forum and see Daves answers to some of these questions DYOR Towie
