Alot was achieved this quarter and arguably was the transformative quarter.

Thd awarding of mining license is any day, it did not have to be in this report and the market didn't expect that either in my opinion.

What was important is clarity in what is happening and I think the report does that quite well.

With the cath funding precedents having to be met by Feb 28th and the technical opinion likely to be towards the final final round now, I think 2 weeks is a likely outcome.

I continue to expect 1.20 by end of Feb
