Ann: Results of Meeting, page-2

Now this. For what? Who the hell knows but have 3 million shares mate:



At least they got rid of Criterion as an auditor. Then again they left the manager of Criterion on their board while their only director who oversaw a successful company (the big chief Bob Hersov) bailed with zero elaboration on what caused his to leave, when he left, and why holders only learned about this on the day of the AGM. Wonder if holders finding this out in advance would influence these lopsided elections.

Oh yeah, still suspended with zero indication when its lifting after this debacle.
