SHARE PLACEMENT
The Board of Icon Resources Ltd (ASX Code: III) is pleased to announce the completion of a
placement of 11,180,570 ordinary fully paid shares at a price of 9 cents per share which has raised
$1,006,251. A free attaching option with a strike price of 15c, expiring on 30 June 2011 will be issued
following shareholder approval at a general meeting scheduled to be held next month.
The Company has also received applications for a further 6,069,430 shares and attached options.
These will be issued following shareholder approval at the same general meeting to raise an additional
$546,249.
The funds raised will assist Icon’s present program of the Mt Carbine drilling, resource calculation and
other project planning studies and for working capital. The placement was made to clients of broker Martin
Place Securities Limited and a number of professional investors.
