Blackmail , not unless you were an employee forced to jab but coercion , yes definitely . Govts are elected and given power to govern and you can't INVENT RIGHTS YOU DON'T HAVE ! If you DID actualy have these rights you'd be in court but in your heart you know you'd lose . If you refuse to contribute to the safety of people in high density areas only sensible, prudent and ethical to preclude you to protect others . These supposed rights are just one more antivax lie .
Now if McGowan goes against the will of the people they can chuck him out ! That is democracy . But he has a VERY strong mandate to continue doing what he has been doing .
