I'm not a master here, but I think that they would increase the target
One thing I need to try to do today is look back through the announcements for management's performance targets and the options they get.... a good company will have transformational targets, that are typically achievable when there's enough circumstantial 'evidence' that something's there, such as with POD
Either way, well held over the market jitters... can't complain being 30% up on a few weeks ago after a period like that!
