Good post 10mc, pertinent questions indeed & may I say it's nice to see that you're still about old timer:)

As for your questions all that I can offer is an opinion so take my answers as such please.

Q1. How long will the arbitration take?
A1. Less time & cost than court processes.

Q2. How does this affect ROG as drilling takes place?
A2. IMO This will not hold CTP up at all since ROG will need to raise capital before they can provide for any drilling partnership in CTP exploration anyway. It seems atm that drilling will likely take place without ROG involved & perhaps BG too but in that instance they will be shooting themselves in the foot if they don't pay their dues...again this is imo.

    3. How does this effect future farm out deals for CTP?
A3. Yet again imo but this I imagine is probably reliant on the upcoming drilling campaign results (which you & I should have a good idea of the outcome:) It would be best for farminees to be involved from the beginning of drilling imo. BG cannot stop minimal expenditure rules from what I can gather & it appears from JH's comments that it could be costly for partners if they are not upfront with their commitments.

Best of luck...waiting/patience should be second nature by now:)
