To put it correctly,Ex alternate Director.
I knew you were Ex,but what I was getting at was.
For a person who was an (Ex) alternate Director,you have been ill informed or like some others tell lies.

You suggest share holders are going to be dressed down for daring to stand up to so called Company Directors and Management.
It is in the PUBLIC Domain exactly what Directors and Management have reported in Company announcements and reports and then reported the exact opposite a month or so later.
Tell me how your mates as Company Directors who are accountable to Share Holders can get it so wrong,
or are they just uninformed or telling fibs?

It is not just the BHP offer that is so disgusting it is how the so called directors and management are trying to take the other tenements that are suppose to be useless and put them into another company they have control of.

Most of my comments are fact and correct,especially about the iron ore being in the ground at the tenements.

You are game to post on the UMC thread (you think) but not game to be at the meeting when you have so many shares in the company,I wonder why.

We will soon see who has their heads held high after the company meeting,Directors and Management or Share Holders and the National Press.
