I have to say that holding this stock has been exciting but the quietness on the shortfall of capital raised is such a big question mark for this stock.
l know many have got lots of issues with the last raising but I think the capital raising and the intention is probably not the worst part. In fact I thought the design and the options were a sort of compromise (albeit not a great one).
What is quite hard to swallow however is the lack of communication after the shortfall. Integrity and transparency of management is what I'm looking for. AND they should have had a backup plan. Had hoped this issue would be addressed in the Quarterly.
