And right there is CBD's biggest problem - trying to get meaningful medical effects from tiny percentage amounts of CBD in the mix.Until CBD dosing amounts are increased or CBD absorption is improved ( as what happens when CBD is "converted" to water soluble) uptake will be slow as feedback is less than terrific in many cases.
