We may all get a very big surprise once ML is announced and subsequent BFS etc.

Could the delays be due to AVZ and CATH increasing the plant size to 10, then 20mtpa?! Was a Tin plant included in that or added? Was the alluvial Tin plant excluded in original submission? I honestly don't know. Those would most certainly throw a spanner into the ML issuance and restart some aspects of the approval procedure.

Its either glass half full or half empty with this delay, choose your side wisely.
