Can they not achieve the same transformation or better when they have control of the business in their consolidated group and exercise greater control of costs when joined with Coates hire?
Paying down debt could be a good place to park the money until they want to pull the trigger. Who wouldn't.
So the are congruent with what their saying publicly. The strategy/end game is hidden.
