    Not sure why people are worried about dilution for such a tiny cap raise.

    $3.5m = 100m new shares issue for a company with 2.6 billion SOI, or about 3.8% dilution.

    Just relax and buy up your cheap shares at 3.5c. I'll be maxing out my entitlement for sure.
