I think JA has too much integrity to go fishing for another job. I believe that if he was the type of person who bails at the first chance, he would have cut and run some time ago.
I really think the proxy votes were a kick up the behind to them. I think they realise shareholder sentiment is turning against them and that they will push harder for a JV.
Don't forget the important role that Michael Perry will play in ADY. A man with his credentials is of enormous value to us. I feel that he will already be in the process of developing financial plans to ensure the security of ADY. I've spent a large amount of time working with both accountants and lawyers, and believe it or not accountants/auditors all operate under similar personality traits. Michael Perry will have all sorts of contingency plans.
