The one thing I'd temper this comparison with is proximity to civilisation. Fort Knox is a half hour drive outside of Fairbanks, a moderately sized town. There's a road nearby and a power grid to tap into. We don't have that yet, we're over 100kms from anchorage, so the potential for labour to commute is less and I don't know how much that will add to cost but my guess is a fair bit.

Hoping that's offset by those factors you raise but I'm less confident than I once was in my investment. However, that's feeling not insight so a gold price lift and a robust scoping study is what I'm hanging on for.
