I think for TGP to scale up in FUM to generate a sustainable management earnings, the play makes sense, Shove a couple of long WALE ( Cannon hill, Cremorne and Canberra) assets so TOT gains a little more credibility and that helps to fuel additional direct acquisitions. Otherwise they have no hope of sucking capital to future acquisitions and build up annuity. And that annuity should be at 15x.
Alternative they stay a cash box, keep pumping out some trading profits but never morph into a scale fund manager.
