Hiking interest rates? How long do you think it'll take the RBA to lift rates from the lowest rate in history to what, 1.5%, maybe 2%? Where not talking 10% rates here. Borrowing would be a much better outcome for shareholders as the money would only be needed for short time and go towards increasing output.

Once production kicks off, the share price will increase and the existing options for IPO shareholders will be in the money. There's something in the order of $30m + that will be going to the bank once these shares are in the money.
