I disagree.Testing is about high volume. You can't have the entire population lining up for PCRs or a even a POC test. People just won't do it and the system can't cope. People will just avoid getting testing the longer this drags on.
People have shown they want home testing, so it's much better to get better coverage (at home) albeit with lower accuracy.
It's the lesser of two evils imo
