CRO will still onboard new customers but focus is on larger ones, if their needs can be addressed, plus, and that is the main way of increasing revenue for this year in AUS to use ( CRO's ) existing customers to widen the " web " by onboarding / expending to their customers.
He mentions that strategy in the interview at the 3-5 min mark. For that the existing staff will still be needed.
Further he said something like that the existing hard and soft ware are sufficient atm with just some minor adjustments.
Of course, the next quarterlies have to do the talking, no doubt.
