This loan will be paid back with interest. Taxpayers will do well and this company will pay plenty of tax.
Not so sure about your $1.7bn Dubbo project capex and low NdPr. That will be lucky to see the day of production.
I can see why you're angry though, HAS delivers where as I haven't seen any offtakes or govt funding for ASM. Korean DD completed but where's the funding offer?
HAS now with German offtakes, Aussie govt debt credit approval and hoping to see the German bank and Finland govt debt approval shortly.
