Missed this in my first read!
In regards to the recent win in Singapore:
"Her Honour also directed that the parties try to reach an agreement on costs, and Galeo has agreed to
pay Mt. Labo S$125,000 in costs" (roughly 130k Australian)
This is good - surely shows Galeo is now coming to the table re $$. Hopefully the rest of the amount owing will be negotiated to put that to bed.
