yes people are not performing self tests in the interests of public health generally. they perform them for self interest. this is human nature.some people wont even think hard enough to use a home rat nrespinsibly as it may get in the way of their percieved preferred lifestyle.
public health needs a third party to work.
i can see the ama fighting for some gp control of diagnosing again once the current wave is over.
