churning by a larger share holder to generate interest. buy and sell between accounts to intice new buyers at higher levels. Net cost to architect of this plan = zero!
accumulation is not the aim. its getting the SP higher on speculation that things are going well, with the aim of selling some holdings at higher prices to make a quid.
time and time again this happens to APG. I speculate that this is why APG has only EVER had sophisticated investors kicking the can. I cannot recall any SPP to shareholders.
Oh and there could of course be a legitablent reason, but hey, we are speculating on that one - where is the proof of commercialisation.
