Australia is a completely irrelevant market. While the legislation may catch up to the US in the future, it’s always going to be a minor market from an economic perspective.
There’s more people suffering from OSA in America (30-50 million people) than the entire population of Australia. And these people are allowed to drive today with THC in their system.
The undiagnosed economic burden of OSA in America is estimated to be US$150 billion per annum. This is a massive market with no pharmacotherapy solution to OSA and it’s growth rate is 6.2% per annum.
Then consider Europe, with 175 million people suffering from OSA according to a study by Resmed.
As I said before, IMO there’s a reason IHL are focused on building a corporate profile in America, including the NASDAQ listing.
