Thanks for that @4sightrader, like I said "arguably". None the less given the results were received weeks ago and they have not completed the analysis and reported the results with their findings to the market managements credibility is once again ripening for another spanking, something no shareholder would want given the potential effect that would once again have on their investment. How long is it, "well within there rights and obligations to asses before they announce", before the market starts to question the validity of the delay and drops their duds bends them over and starts the slap fest? Here's hoping they shift gears an avoid any such happenings.
