The market adjusts the price.
SQ2 appears to simply tracks the SQ price - it doesn't move it. It is unlikely that there will even be a 1% difference between markets for any meaningful time period. This is far lower than the intra-day variation on the same market. Keeping a position open overnight for arbitrage is risky. So it makes more sense just to day trade SQ2 or SQ.
