Mate, I am leaving soon. Just as soon as I tie up a few loose ends.
Firstly, I was replying to Isuldrrr, not to you. Where the discussion was about the recent interview. No apology from you for completely making a fool of yourself by completely misconstruing what I said and wasting everyone's time? Typical. Just bluster your way through.
Secondly, the matter of the shares of DJ Peters' immediate family I have dealt with, several times. It is at Note 3. I tried to add some big red arrows for the hard of hearing, but technology defeated me. Just see note three.
Honestly, I thought your poorly constructed argument hardly worth the time to refute. What do you want? Graphs? Ok let's do graphs. The claim is that Directors and their related entities have purchased or been allotted $25 million in LCK shares over the last five years and they have somehow been unlucky enough to consistently purchase those shares on average at market peaks, around 33 cents. Is that your claim? Well here is the LCK five year chart:
So how many times in the last five years do you see the LCK share price exceeding 30cents? Consistently only for a few weeks in early 2019. Very briefly, for less than a day, on two other occasions. How many times at or over thirty five cents? Almost never.
Are you familiar with the term "by inspection"? It means [approximately] looking at something and seeing straight away that it can or can't work. Well, by inspection of the five year chart, I can see that your argument can't work. Which is just as well as the Directors and their Companies and DJ Peters' family would be sustaining serious losses at 15.5 cents.
No closer to explaining the discrepancy between the 2021 Annual Report and the interview statement, though. Someone who cares should either ask the Company or ask ASIC to clarify. I am not that person.
