Good on you for going to the top BD. just adding my 2c worth. As a holder of TGF I think this is a good deal for both COV & TGF its a win win. Can be no doubt Sage is the driving force. He's a sharp operator and a dealmaker. I am sure he would have got CFE's inhouse technical team to take a close look at Plumridge. He has said previously that no deal is done without both corporate & technical in agreement so that suggests to me they think this is a biggie. Sage & Bontempo putting their own money into TGF was the sign things were happening.
