IMO - today's SP action has nothing to do with the fundamentals. Royal Falcon (a privately held company) are hardly going to offer up $3m on something unless they thought it was a good bet - unlike a few of the publicly listed pirates on Pitt St.
Falun is near surface high grade Au / Cu. Everybody knew that before the rigs were on site. The question is, How much is there? Time will reveal. 6 of 20 holes reported thus far in Phase 1.
The value of Falun will ultimately be realised in the SP of GMR (and even more so - DRK), traders will play with it on the way but that is just noise for the investor.
