    INFLATION...
    Currency devaluation... "asset" prices go up...

    Don't beleive in inflation?

    An example close to my heart...One can of catfood last year cost 55 cents
    This year it costs $1.10... same stuff same manufactureer.. (And local as well, not imported) yadda yadda yadda.
