We need to take this into account so that the production date of early 2023 is maintained. We already know that labour supply is tight. So, the promise of production in early 2023 already accounts for this tight labour supply. Cannot use this card twice.

YOU HAVE THE INTELLIGENCE, THE SKILLS, THE EXPERIENCE, THE INFRASTRUCTURE, THE RESOURCES, THE GRADES, THE NP, THE LOW STOCKPILE, INCREASING DEMAND, DECREASING SUPPLY, ETC. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED FOR GOD SAKE? PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T BREAK YOUR PROMISE OF PRODUCTION IN EARLY 2023. IF YOU CAN BRING THIS TO LATE 2022, SO MUCH THE BETTER.

I can understand if the production start date gets into the march 2023 qtr, no problems there.
But the FID I'm certainly NOT looking to see excuses there.
